Tips for Capturing Timeless Family Portraits:
Plan Ahead:
Allow about 1-2 minutes for each group of people. *Elders and disabled people may take longer. Be considerate of the location and everyone’s ability to get there.
Consider the overall schedule.
If you have a very long list of family members, you may want to photograph as many groups as possible before the Ceremony.
You may also choose to photograph immediate family members during your Rehearsal Dinner. This will give you extra freedom on your wedding day (*additional session has to be booked separately )
Notify in Advance.
Because the exact location of the formal photos may depend on the weather and available light, it’s important to let all participating family members know the scheduled time in advance. A gentle reminder about their participation will help everyone arrive prepared and on time.
